Grace & Vance's Elegant Spring Wedding at The Boxwood Estate

The most beautiful piece of some weddings are the intentionally designed, personal details. For others, it's the undeniable love and joy felt from the guests. Grace and Vance's spring wedding at The Boxwood Estate effortlessly had both!

Held at one of North Carolina's most stunning private estates, this day was filled with timeless design and the kind of celebration that reminds me why I love documenting weddings. From the pearls gifted to Grace from her father to the pink confetti that showered the dance floor matching the bridesmaid's dresses, every part of the day felt intentional. As a Raleigh wedding photographer, weddings like this are always a dream to photograph!

The Boxwood Estate

If you are looking for an elegant North Carolina wedding venue filled with historic charm, look no further than The Boxwood Estate. From the moment you drive through the iron gates and down the tree-lined entryway, your eye is immediately drawn to a multitude of beautiful wedding photo backdrops. Every corner of the property offers a beautiful backdrop for wedding photos, from the manicured gardens and stately white estate to the mature oak trees and picturesque pathways.

Inside, the historic mansion is just as thoughtfully designed. The bridal party is provided with multiple rooms filled with natural light, while the groom's quarters provide a comfortable, stylish space to relax before the ceremony. Every room has been intentionally decorated, making even the getting-ready moments feel elevated and photograph beautifully. Whether you're envisioning a classic Southern celebration or a luxury garden party, The Boxwood Estate provides an unforgettable setting from start to finish.

A Wolfpack Love Story

Like all my favorite love stories (I may be biased, as this includes my own!), Grace and Vance's began on NC State's campus. Their wedding was not only a celebration of the next chapter of their lives, but a reunion that included many of the same friends who witnessed the beginning of their relationship. With so many fellow Wolfpack alumni filling the guest list, the day was full of shared memories, familiar faces, and the kind of lifelong friendships that college has a way of creating. It was a meaningful full-circle moment to celebrate their marriage surrounded by the people who had been part of their story from the start.
